A list of potential candida yeast issues...

After working with over 27,000 people I've accumulated a pretty extensive list of potential issues as reported to me by candida yeast sufferers over the years.  He we go...

Vaginal yeast infection (obviously this is a female thing BUT keep in mind that not all female candida yeast sufferers deal with vaginal yeast infections– I would say it's around 30% that report a vaginal yeast infection as one of their issues)

Oral thrush, or a white coating on the tongue or inside the mouth

Very dry or cracked skin around the mouth.  Many times very red and sore.

Red sores on the tongue or inside the mouth

Sinus problems

Ringing in the ears

Itchy ears

Losing hair or hair thinning

Recurrent ear infections

Red skin on the face

Dry, flaky skin on parts of the body

Adult acne

Hives

Itchy skin on just about any part of the body

Jock itch

Anal itch

Gums and or teeth constantly hurting

Breathing problems

Joint & muscle pain

Foggy thinking

Chronic fatigue

Athlete's foot

Nail fungus

Acid reflux

Constipation

Diareha

Anxiety

Quite the list huh?

And the funny thing is that this candida yeast stuff seems to touch people physically, neurologically and emotionally.   I guess it's an equal opportunity health problem.

Till next time,

If Candida Yeast has made your life miserable then you need to hear my story...

It was about 6 years ago...

I had struggled for years with gas, bloating and irregularity.  One day I'd go 3 or 4 times.  Then not go for another 3-4 days.

I suffered with jock itch... Boy did I suffer with jock itch.  Every friggin night, I'd just about scratch myself bloody (and sometimes I was bloody).  The itching would get worse during the time of the year when it was more hot and humid.  I tried a variety of salves, creams and ointments.  None was particularly effective.

I also dealt periodically with dead skin around the tips of my fingers.  From time to time a big crack would appear near where the sides of the nail meet the skin.  And these would hurt!  They wouldn't heal on their own unless I used "liquid band-aid" to cover the crack.

Then there were the carb cravings– Oh yeah, big-time carb cravings.  There were times when I would go through a cake or a package of candy bars in one sitting.

Now these aren't the same issues everyone reports.  That's the real puzzle of all this candida stuff.  I've learned since then that the fungus can affect a myriad of issues from head to toe.  Some physical, some neurological.  I'll go into more of this in a future blog, but right now let me get on with my story.

Now some of these issues I had been dealing with on and off for years... If not decades.  i would periodically go to the physician for one of the problems.  I'd get the latest prescription drug, try it for a month, not get much in the way of relief and then give up on physicians until I got majorly frustrated with my issues again.

If I had just known then what I know now.  But I guess that's the way it is with this candida yeast stuff.  Up until a few years ago, we didn't have a way of putting the "pieces" together and figuring out what was behind all of it.  Nope.  What we did was treat each of the individual issues as its own little problem.  Never thinking that all these issues could potentially be connected.

Next time I'll talk about the big turning point in my battle against candida yeast.
